Our team can help with a variety of queries but unfortunately are unable to offer in-depth technical support over Live Chat. For in-depth technical issues, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly as they have a much wider knowledge of their products.
What happens when we're offline?
When Live Chat isn't available, you'll see a different button at the bottom-right instead of 'Chat'.
When clicking this button you'll be able to enter a question or query into the search bar and search for relevant articles which may help you. (You can also search for articles when we're online by clicking the '←' icon).
You'll now see a list of relevant articles - if you can't find the information you're looking for, click 'Contact Us'.
Enter your name, email address and select a topic. Write your message and add any attachments if relevant and Click 'Send'.
This will open a support ticket with our Customer Care team who will get back to you as quickly as possible.
