If you haven't received the free giveaway product of the month, it could be for one of the following reasons...
You were not logged in to your account
You must log in to your Plugin Boutique account in order to make a purchase and claim the free giveaway product.
You have paid for your order using only Virtual Cash
You cannot use Virtual Cash or a coupon to pay the full amount for your order or your order will not be eligible for the free giveaway gift. Any amount less than 100% will make you eligible.
You have added a free product to your cart instead of a paid-for product
You will need to add a paid-for product to your basket in order to claim the free giveaway product at the checkout.
You already own the free giveaway product
Unfortunately, if you already own the free giveaway product, you will not have the option to claim it at the checkout. If you would like an additional license (as you are eligible), feel free to submit a request to our Customer Care team and we'll be in touch shortly!
