I have a support question - how do I contact the Customer Support Team?
We are here to assist you from our main customer support service from 10am-6pm GMT (London time) Monday to Friday. Our response time is typically around 1 hour, but sometimes can be slightly longer during busy periods.
We currently offer limited support at weekends and bank holiday's, so please expect a longer response time in these periods.

If you do require support we kindly ask that you supply us with the following information when you contact us :
- Your Plugin Boutique registered email address and order number
- The operating system (and version number) you are using
- The DAW (and version number) you are currently using
- Screenshots showing any error messages you are receiving
- A description of the issue you are having.
