I can’t get my software to work, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund. If you have arrived to this point then you have already purchased some form of authorization from us and downloaded the installer. If you are experiencing problems with getting your software to run, we strongly suggest you contact the company that made it.

Please remember – always try the trial version of the software (vast majority do have a trial option) before you buy the full version.
