I have a Soundiron product that I can't install on my new computer


If you are having problems installing a previously purchased Soundiron product on a new computer this may be due to the installation method for these products being updated. 

Soundiron is no longer using the Continuata download system and is now using their own installers which require their download codes, not redemption codes. 
 
Please send them an email at support@soundiron.com and request a new download code.

send them the following information:
  • Proof of purchase - You will be able to find your invoice for your order HERE
  • Your Plugin Boutique registered email address.
