Purchased a Sample Magic product in the last 6 months?

If you have purchased a Sample Magic plugin in the last 6 months you are entitled to one of two refunds.

Refunds will be offered on the following plugins:

  • Magic AB
  • Boost
  • Boost Pro
  • Klip

Note: Sample Magic are only offering refunds for their plugin range. They are NOT offering refunds for their Ableton Racks.

   

Which Refund am I Eligible For?

If you have purchased any Sample Magic plugin between February 2019 and April 2019, Sample Magic are offering either a full refund on your product OR three months of credit on Splice for free.

If you have purchased any Sample Magic plugin between November 2018 and January 2019, Sample Magic are offering three months of credit on Splice for free.

Note: The deadline to claim your refund is 10th June 2019. No refunds will be granted after this date.

   

How to Claim Your Refund

1. Go to the 'My Orders' tab in your Plugin Boutique User Account > Locate your order details for your Sample Magic plugin purchase.

2. Click 'Print Invoice'.

3. Take a screenshot of your full invoice.

4. Email Sample Magic at https://www.samplemagic.com/contact with your refund request, including your order number and screenshot of your full invoice.
